Bellevue Cottage by Antoine is a modern French-Australian restaurant located in the heart of Blackwattle Bay. Led by French chef Antoine Moscovitz, the restaurant presents a modern take on classic French cuisine utilising the finest locally sourced produce. The restaurant’s name pays homage to the original 1896 villa, owned by Glebe’s alderman, William Jarrett.

Branding

The branding of Bellevue Cottage by Antoine was more than creating a logo, it was an exercise in bringing to life the experience of a one-of-a kind venue. Throughout the branding process, our team delved into the world French cuisine, drawing on staple ingredients while staying true to the gustatory memories of Chef Antoine. That’s where the iconic Bellevue radish was born. A versatile, intriguing and flavourful ingredient, the radish resonated as a symbol of the culinary style of the head chef. To date, the radish has served as a central element for all calendar events, reinvented to reflect each respective campaign.

Marketing

As a fine dining restaurant, the target market of Bellevue Cottage was quite diverse encompassing corporates, tourists and cultured diners. Our main objective was communicating the Bellevue Cottage story across a number of platforms to cement their online presence.
